I used ISO 800, 15 sec exposure time. i saw that in pitch black situations even if you use max iso and max exposure time the results are very poor so you will need to use some of the light polution around you :D. Hope this helps.

Yeah its the exposure time. I didnt find this feature yet but i remember doing that in a friends camera. Thanks for helping
Anytime. Just activate the Protune settings on your gopro camera and you will find the exposure settings :).
