GOOD MORNING GLUTEN FREE PANCAKES - HAPPY SUNDAY - VIDEO

These pancakes are a wonderful substitute for regular pancakes when you are watching your carbs! They are very filling and are on the dense side. Yummy pancakes that are naturally wheat and gluten free. Easy to find almond flour (ground almonds) is used for this simple recipe. This is a basic recipe can be tweaked.Enjoy!

Ingredients :
1 cup or 240 gr ground almonds or almond flour
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 large eggs
1/2 cup OR 60 ml of almond milk or any other milk you like
1 tsp vanilla extract
Strawberries, honey, sour cream/greek yogurt to serve with

I'm curious–why use chia seeds instead of eggs? Is this a gluten free vegan pancake or gluten free pancake.

Though i don't know much about the food, that is because am African precisely Nigeria, but with the look of the food..

I am also fan of gluten-free pancakes in the morning. Personally I prefer flaxseed instead of chiaseed, grounded in a coffee machine just before using to prevent oxidation.
I love them fried with slices of apple inside to be finishes with cinnamon.
Or fried with cheese on one side, for a crunchy bite (cheese on top and turn the pancake, wait a bit before you try to loosen the pancake from the pan, the cheese has to be fried and not melted anymore).
These pancakes are ' low-carb-high-fat', have low influence on your blood sugar level and you stay without feeling hungry until lunchtime!
