HEALTHY SERIES | BREAKFAST | KALE & RASPBERRY SMOOTHIE - VIDEO

Smoothies are one of my favorite breakfasts. They come together in a number of minutes and they taste so vibrant and refreshing. Starting your day doesn’t get much better than rolling out of bed and making a fruit smoothie. One great thing about smoothies is how versatile they are, there are countless combinations to them.

Ingredients :
1 cup of raspberries - 125 gr
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 ripe banana
2 handfuls of kale
3 dates
4 tbsp of grated ginger or 5 gr
1 cup of almond milk ( you can use water or any other milk)

Directions

Step 1 : Place your milk, banana, raspberries, ginger and cinnamon into your blender.

Step 2 : Add your dates and kale and blend well.

The advantage of smoothies is the fact that it's healthy and delicious.
The mix of the nonsweet(healthy) fritters with the sweet oranges, strawberry and pineapple makes it attractive to me

It's great recipi. I love cold pressed juices and I try add into them a lot of diffrent ingidients and kale and spinach are ones of my favorits. Because they are very healthy and green and mixed with fruits create very interesting taste! Delicious!

Smoothies are my favourite way to start the day in summer! My favourite at the moment is raspberries, blueberries, LSA and almond milk.

I never would have thought of this combination. I've juiced kale before and it can be bitter tasting and kind of really thick even after juicing. How it is like in this smoothie?
