How to make perfect fried eggs. Have you not yet mastered the art of the perfect fried egg? If you're impressed with the fried eggs you order in restaurants, but underwhelmed by the burnt-edged monsters you make at home, you'll enjoy this video. A fried egg is a beautiful thing. It's breakfast in fewer than five minutes. Knowing how to fry an egg is one of those basic skills that you'll use again and again.
Ingredients :
2 eggs
1 piece of rye bread
salt & pepper
spinach, tomatoes, salad
Directions
Step 1 : Make sure your pan is very hot, then add cooking spray.
Step 2 : Spread your eggs slowly into your pan. Then lower the heat.
Step 3 : Break the egg whites around, so they all cooked at the same time
Step 4 : Season your eggs, and serve with rye bread and salad.

As much as I love eating eggs, my wife won't stop shorting my ration of it; saying much of it is bad for me. Don't you think I need more if it?
