4-5 medium potatoes
2 eggs
3 tbsp of flour
sour cream

It's great food... and so very simple to do! We have them quite often, with sour cream and lingonberries (Yes, I'm Scandinavian!)... or just as the potato side dish with stews and such. Thanks for the share!
