and this is another great Rick Simpson Classic Video.
I'm assuming that all these videos are being stored on the steem block chain and cannot ever be taken down by anybody and will therefore remain assessable in perpetuity for all future generations.
If this is indeed the case It behoves us to copy all the videos (containing information vital to the survival and well-being of humanity and nature) over from volatile platforms like youtube etc. from which they could be erased and some possibly lost forever to the great detriment of our future generations.
So I'm going to start by moving some more Rick Simpson videos (including Run Form the Cure) and other great classics to D.Tube.
Maybe we Steemiens could organise something like say:" Operation Preservation" a cooperative effort to archive and preserve in some coordinated fashion, all the "Classic Videos" by copying them to decentralised blockchains like Steem etc. by first downloading them and the re- uploading them to D.Tube etc.
I would love to discuss this with other like minded people but I'm not sure technically how or where to start
