Imagining you are having an argument with your girlfriend - for the second time today. You are getting so frustrated and suddenly your whole body and brain just freeze up. You can´t find anything clever to say and you just want to get the hell away and stop having this conversation.
Or maybe you get angry and start blaming her for the whole thing. Suddenly you say some mean stuff and the situation escalates into an intense argument.
When things calm down, you wonder how on earth you could say those things.
