I understand common law and what you are trying to do, but you just made a fatal mistake. In your introduction you just admitted that the owner asked you to leave his private property (or property belonging to the company - i.e not to you) and by your own admission you didn't leave when asked.
Right there you shoot yourself in the foot because under common law you are allowed to defend your property. I consider myself a sovereign man under common law - so I support that aspect, but if you are in private property then you leave when you are asked to do so. If you don't leave you are then causing a breach of the peace and deserve to be arrested. Or the owner is within his rights to have you forcibly removed.
In other words you cannot moan at him picking up a chair to throw at you when you admitted that you refused to leave private property when asked to do so. This just makes people who are trying to promote common law and the Freeman movement look like idiots and trying to have their cake and eat it.
Under common law you should live peaceably, do not steal, do not use violence unless in slef defence and finally be honest in your dealings and do no defraud - which includes respecting other people's common law rights as well.
Thanks for your reply. I would challenge what you say here. Firstly I have no respect for a corporation that murders and tortured animals and poisons humans with the produce. It’s not private property in my mind. It’s corporate property. And I also believe that nobody has the right to initiate violence against another just because he doesn’t like them being there for a couple of minutes. I have plenty more to say but not the to say it. Have a great day. I welcome all criticism especially if it’s respectful which is alm
