Pardon me, I don't mean to cause any discomfort, but the article above is pure propaganda. It comes from a Palestinian propaganda site, and really has little to do with reality. The Muslim holy site in Jerusalem was built on top of the pre-existing Jewish Temple. The Jews have honored the Mosque, simply requesting that Jews be allowed to peacefully pray at the base of the outside wall. Unfortunately, extremist Muslims have regularly thrown rocks at the Jews down below, and then claim persecution when the cops have to come. I apologize if this confuses people who have been convinced that the Arabs are suffering at the hands of the Jews. If this were true, Israel's Arab Muslims, full citizens of Israel, would have left long ago.
Israel is perfectly willing to give the Palestinians Gaza, which they did over 15 years ago, and almost all of the West Bank, except for some small Jewish towns, but the Palestinians want Israel destroyed. That's the the real problem, my friends on Steemit.
