I have a first hand expirence of "broadcast" teaching, where the institution and teachers are the final say.
I am in my final year now also in a well respected unversity in Nigeria, and we were just introduced to a new computer course which is not even helpful to knowing about the current delevpment in ICT.
Countries that excel in their educatuonal system like south Koria or Finland, emphasises more on intrest than thay do on test.. For instance, in Koria, pupiles don't write exam until they are in grade 4 or so, this they say is done so as to not scare kids away from school. Finland designed their school system to fit intrest and not to test.
We need more educational programs like SPIEL ,futurelearn.com, steemit.com. Etc Thanks @ ogochukwu
