Material :
- 1/2 kg of rice flour
- ¼ kg of sago flour
- 300 gr of sugar
- 1300 ml of coconut milk
- salt to taste
- Pandan paste
How to make :
- Mix rice flour, sago flour, granulated sugar, salt, then pour the coconut milk in a little stir until it dissolves.
- For 2 dough one is given pandan paste.
- Take 2 tablespoons of green dough first pour it into a pan that has been coated in plastic and smeared with cooking oil, put the baking dish into a cage which has been heated for 5 minutes.
- then pour the white and steamed mixture again for 5 minutes.
- Repeat pour the dough alternately until the dough runs out.
- The last mixture is steamed for 10 minutes.
- After ripe lift from the cage & let it cool. Then cut it into pieces.
