Often in life we tend to rush a lot of decisions that don't require this. That's what I'm referring to with my title.
Let's wait, and take a second to think about these things. We wont be able to do this 100 percent of the time, but it's good to get as close to that as possible.
Ever made a snap judgement about something only to realize that if you taken another minute to think about it, you'd have done things differently?
I've been there plenty of times throughout my life and I'm certain that more of these moments will exist in the future.
Challenge yourself and see if you can spot times in your life where this applied to you. See what you'd have done differently.

So true @artbyclark. I can think in past relationships if I would have taking a minute more to think about what I was about to say I would not have been in some of the predicaments I'd been in.
