@theflemface, I've never been to Edinburgh, but based on the photos in your link, I know exactly what I'd do if I ever get the chance to visit. The food looks awesome! As a Plant-Based Culinary Professional, I love great Vegan food and I'm always encouraged to see the word being spread about the benefits of adopting a plant-based lifestyle.
