A similar theme is perfectly disclosed in Bulgakov’s novel - The Master and Margarita. A conversation between Woland and Berlioz at the Patriarch's Ponds. It says that a person cannot plan anything, because he does not know his tomorrow. Planning is a manifestation of pride that should place a person above God. Something like this.
