Guided Meditation for Anxiety

Hi there Steemians!

I believe I mentioned last week that about three years ago I'd found yet another passion of mine - meditation. It helped me immensely to cope with the fast pace of my life while being able to stop and smell the roses, to subdue a lot of my fears, and to feel more grounded in the present moment.

This week, my husband @clarityofsignal and I made our first meditation video. :) I did the talking, and he created the music and put together the video.
