1. Sports teach the value of Teamwork.
Through sport – learned about teamwork – we should work together – we can go further
2. Sports teach fitness and good health.
As I started my first fitness programm, I learned a lot about good food and nutrition.
So I became a feeling about how you should eat, sleep and workout to become better and better in what you are doing .
3. Sport can let off a lot of steam.
Especially the days where I had a lot of stress, the sport helped me alot to let the stress come out. I learned how I can let the stress go out of my body.
4. You make friends along the way.
In all kind of sports I did meet a lot of people. That people gave me so much back. Good thinks but also bad thinks. I learnd how to handle with different persons.
And I think, Sport is a great thing you can do for yourselfe! For me it gave me so much back and it gives me back. For example through cycling I visited so many places and also meet so much friends thats amazing!
