I needed this motivation today! I may be getting released from rehab, so I def need a plan in place to start working on! I am going to have my hubs set up my pole again, so when I feel comfortable I can at least start working on upper body again!

I LOVE swing dancing, that is like my "I don't really feel like I'm exercising" exercise. It's such a great workout, but it's also so freaking fun! I used to be in such great shape just doing that. (Before kids I would go dancing like 4+ nights a week...ah...memories!)

You and Adam have inspired me to keep track of my fitness goals on here too. So I will post my progress as often as I remember to help keep me accountable, and try to get back to where I was pre-episode! Happy (Almost) New Year!

WOO HOOO!! hahah it makes me SOOO happy when fellow steemians tell me that they are starting on their own pole journey.. my secret goal (ok not so secret) is also to convince more people to try pole - the more the merrier, in my opinion! Swing dancing looks so fun, I've actually kind of been working on it - but I'm still on the basic steps/spins. Glad to hear you will be keeping track and I do look forward to your posts!
