Today on 2 Minutes with the Farmer we are talking about making decisions. Everyday we all make decisions, some are small and easy, while others are big and hard. This week we had to make a decision on buying more hay. This might not seem like a big decision but when you are responsible for the health and wellness of over 100 cows and goats it becomes bigger. Not to mention the fact that every dollar that is spent on hay is a dollar less for the bills and to feed the family. In the end you just have to make the best decision you can and go on.

Last fall we made the decision to leave our livestock out at the ranch instead of bringing them in to rented ground. This has proven to be a challenge.
