Well, I haven't watched the Joe Rogan podcast with Tim yet but he has argued for free speech in services that have become the 'public square'. Right now a lot of political debate happens on these platforms and they all lean one direction, not even center left but far left, and that isn't good. If a social network allows any kind of political speech it shouldn't ban people for having a different political view. If it wants to be unicorns and rainbows then ban all political speech but once it lets someone political on it has to let everyone.
