Undone chicken pot pie recipe
2 1/2 to 3 cups shredded chicken
3 1/2 cups frozen veggies of your choice
5 tablespoons butter
5 tablespoons flour
2 cups veggie broth
3 cups of the milk of your choosing (I used almond milk)
1 tablespoon dry thyme or rosemary
In one pan cook the veggies until they are warmed thru
In second pan melt the butter, once its melted add in flour, salt & pepper & cook for 1 minute after that add in the broth & milk slowly & cook until it has thickened up
Once veggies are cooked & roux sauce is cooked down add everything into one pan as well add the chicken & thyme to the filling mixture
