I'm with you on that. The only thing that I have heard about the next hard-fork is that it was postponed and that it will focus more on the scale-ability of the platform as opposed to the cosmetic things that we normal see.
I have read and commented on your post as it was a pretty good article. I'm very high on the new changes coming, but the culture within the Steemit community must change as a few with a lot of Steem Power could cause a ripple effect abusing their power if not checked soon.
Yes I'm waiting for either scenario to play out as something is going to happen IMO very soon.
