I was surprised seeing what the most famous tag in steemit.
You just can click here : https://steemit.com/tags , ordre tags by posts, comment, or payouts and I will see the same result.
The most famous tag in steemit is ''DTUBE'', isn't great. ☺
That means the most posts in steemit was created by Dtube, the most active and engaging community is Dtube community and the most rewarded and generous application is Dtube.

https://steemit.com/tags is a very poor list.
I am unsure if it is manually updated or just old.
But, it does not have a lot of tags that should be there, such as
anarchy https://steemit.com/trending/anarchy
guns https://steemit.com/trending/guns
There are much less used tags on the list, so i don't know what gives.
I don't know why those tags are not included in that list. I just shared what I see.
Really Dtube ? I have ,mixed reaction to that, I do feel that it is rewarding platform, but for videos I had always turned up to share a youtube link but this makes me incline to dtube much more, so nowonwards I am going to use much of this tag.
If you use dtube it will be used automatically, you don't have to add it manually.

You'r welcome. The same happened to me about 10 months ago. I was posting in steemit about 10 months and earning cents and almost left steem, but then I joined dtube and it kept me here. :)
