Pues hoy te traigo un método excelente para que puedas clarificar tu mantequilla en casa y no pagues el exagerado precio que te cobran en los supermercados (cuando tienes la suerte de encontrarla en venta). Te garantizo que tendrás un producto de alta pureza y calidad, con sabor y sin conservantes.
Te dura hasta un año en el refrigerador y puedes usarla también para freir cuando te quedas sin aceite en casa, no se te va a quemar, como sucede con la mantequilla normal.
