I would say that when you get satisfied with yourself you are sucessful.These two terms are conncted with eachother. To be a succesful man it is necessary to be satisfied with yourself. If you consider yourself sucessful it means you are satisfied with yourself.

These two terms are truly connected for sure but on the other hand they have way too different meanings, A Person might have either, the Other might have only SUCCESS, Hence both are successful but they both are not satisfied and this depends on a number of factors which decide what you're gonna be.
If you are doin a job that you completely love doin, then you might achive excellency in it and gradually achieve success doin it. Therefore you'll be Successful as well as Satisfied too :)
