After Ethereum hard fork end of September could mean a big rally of ETH, adding to the sustained climb
Really good video on a great topic. I agree that the market should see any hard fork as an opportunity for profit, b/c that's what recent history has told us.
The creation of a new coin due to a hard fork ala BCH or Eth Classic did simply create value out of thin air. I wish I would have done my due diligence on this particular subject and I would have been able to profit much more with the latest BTC hard fork. I now have a much better understanding of this phenomena, which you explained very well.
The market has pushed higher reaching ATHs for total market cap and BTC is testing it's ATH, so I tend to think you're spot on with BTC testing 5k. I'm getting a much better feel for this market and really appreciate your videos brother as I've learned a lot from them.
Is there ever a scenario in which BTC is no longer the denominating crypto for all other cryptos? I'm worried that with BTC's high transaction fees and times, it's just too slow for how fast we've come to expect things.

Just got around to watching the video finally on DTube! So glad that platform was created.
On the creation of value of out thin air topic, my economics friends and I have discussed this and we can't exactly figure it out either. The best starting explanation I have is that the underlying code is still of value and since the historical record of the chain remains with both, a remnant of that value remains. Now I don't understand why it doesn't operate similar to a stock split or a tax-free spin in the equity markets where a company splits into two and each are valued independently and usually the combined value at the onset is equal to the original whole. Not entirely sure how this is all happening.
One thing that would be great to discuss is whether or not the Ethereum fork will actually spurn a new alt. It appears to me like theres far more agreement with the upcoming fork that a new ETH-alt isn't likely. I could be wrong, but that's my current take.
I only hope that ETH rises enough so I can make a decent profit selling it in the coming future.
Good post. I was about to post a similair thread. The quality coins are here to stay and it's like buying in at the S&P 500 50 years ago. Cryptos will fall and rise at a more rapit phase any investment market has ever seen. Just hold (literaly) and enjoy the ride. We do need more indept investment analysis.
