I’m new, so excuse me if you have covered this, but I wanted to say that I believe much of health is directly related to digestion, which is dependent on a healthy gut biome. Important to have some fermented food every day, and some sort of fresh food (fruit or vegetable) at every meal to get proper digestive enzymes. We can only get energy to keep going if our biome is working for us. Keep up the good work!
