IPFS identifies files by a hash value that is computed from the contents of the file. I am assuming that if you just host the same video that you uploaded to DTube, it will resolve to the same hash value and you won't need to transfer anything.

You could also just find the hash value of the video and pin it. For example I just pinned the 480p encoding of this video by running the command
ipfs pin add QmQGRs9zPKiiy6zyuBw1WvXCCUAyh5Mo4SWqsQgY9KvvUL. Now other people can stream this video from my node as long as I keep it running.That's awesome, thanks for letting me know!
