Gab, a free-speech platform, wants to ban porn. Andrew Torba's issues with porn are not far off the mark, in my opinion, but should his personal opinions be dictating what happens on a free speech platform? I walk through my thoughts on this issue.

lotsa art contains pornographic content... the emotions that this art intend to create in the audience may vary (so may be porn by ur definition).... how countries differentiate between porn and art may vary aswell.. for example in germany i believe its currently legal to pirate porn because it has "not high enough creative value"... then there is also cultural variation, such as in denmark its legal to be nude in parks and there are lots of nude advertisements, while germany legally requires to keep the reproductive organs to be covered (just those), unless you dont intend to be seen or are in a nudist area... nonconsensual shoving the dick in peoples faces is illegal, but like steem lets you blur out porn if its marked as nsfw and u have it in ur setting... its not illegal to expose ur self to consenting people, because there is no harm done... banning that limits ur ability to express your self nudely... nude expression is also expression
