Anyone can learn to improve his or her memory. All we wish to remember must be associated in some ways with something we already remember. Anything you remember now, you are associating it to something else that makes it pop into memory.
How many times have you seen or heard something which made you snap your fingers and exclaim, "Oh, that reminds me!?" The thing that reminded you you may have had no obvious connection with the thing it reminded you of. Yet there was an association in someplace.

This is the reason why conscious association have been used for years to help people remember almost anything.
Let's have some examples:
The phrase, " #Never #Believe a #Lie," will help you remember that "I" comes before "E" in spelling "BELIEVE."
The word "#HOMES" helps us to recall the names of the Great Lakes: #Huron, #Ontario, #Michigan, #Erie and #Superior.

The fact is, memory training generally is to show you how systemization and organization can help you to remember in a way that you've never remembered before.
