Over the past few days, I have seen a lot of people participating in the #Seven77 Push Up Challenge. I wanted to participate doing something different so I swam 7 laps for a total 175 meters. My pool size is 12.5 meters long, so every lap is 25 meters.

I want to do challange for jumping stilts really nice fun.. try it! you will love the concept of feeling like you heaving the wings :)

Yes! that's a good idea maybe I can do some tutorial videos for beginners. I gave some swimming lessons to kids about 15 years ago hehe.
