So this is my first story post, not sure if I will do a lot of these or focus on videos more but I thought I would post here about what my goal is at the moment.
I am training for triathlons in general and focus on swimming, running and cycling. I'm starting from background of some cycling and having a sporting childhood but I want people to realise it is all relative, compared to world champions my fitness is a joke but compared to someone who doesn't train at all and is out of shape my fitness seems impressive.
My goal is to show how I improve over time with consistency, nutrition and smart training.
I want to get people motivated and to realise no matter what condition their fitness is in that they can improve and it feels great to improve !! It's also healthy to do exercise and eat a plant based diet.
I'm doing something everyday towards my goal and have been since the first day of 2018, I am starting to see minor changes in my body and my fitness ability.
The changes happen before you know it with consistency.
I'm just heading out to run a 5k and want to get a personal record ( I think I will ). I will do a video about it afterwards so stay tuned for that.
