RE: The Restraint of Muslims (WARNING_ GRAPHIC VIOLENCE)

in #dtube7 years ago (edited)

Sikh are warriors, and for that reason they have my highest respect. I'm often talking about the warrior ethos on my page here. We all, no matter what our ethnic background or beliefs, have a right to use deadly force to defend our lives and the lives of others too. I'm not an expert on it, but I like that the Sikh, as part of their beliefs, are always armed. All warriors should be. I am always armed. Good people should be. If good people are not, only predators will be.

The Sikh also rejected the Hindu caste system, and they believe people should be treated equally. That is yet another reason to respect those who follow the religion. We should all be equal under the law, and the law should be very simple and based off damage to persons or their property and honoring contracts. Your comment above is another testament to your people and their beliefs. You get it. I don't care what a person's beliefs are as long as those beliefs do not include force or unjustified violence.

If those are a people's or person's beliefs, then they are my enemy. Why? I am a defender of individual liberty above all else. Liberty is the only country I would ever identify with in fact, and it has no government. It's not just an idea to defend either. It's something worthy of fighting for, as a warrior, and dying for if necessary. The stakes are high as your history above explains. Another way to look at this issue is something I've said many times in the past.

Freedom of religion is fine as long as the people who are willing to die defending that freedom are in the majority.
