Workout of the day #2

Hello Steemians and Dtubers, here's another workout I did.

The rest of it is as it follows:

-proper warm up with planks and some flexibility work

Clean and jerk
10sets of 1 rep with progressive increase of the weight (110kg in the video)

Deadlift
5x5 140kg

Pullups sueprseted with ring dips
5x failure

Light ab work and stretching.
