RE: Do You Have a Posting Schedule & Do You Sometimes Struggle to Create Content Daily? What Do You Do on Such Days?

in #dtube6 years ago

I use:

  • esteem
  • busy
  • share2steem
  • ulogs

I rotate through them with my posts.

I post to

  • freewrite
  • contests
  • challenges

I have those listed on a spreadsheet so I know what day to do which post. I rarely post any post that is not tied to someone else's initiative.

I'm trying for 2-4 posts a day on two blogs. This one, and my new fitinfunfood blog which is only about food.

I get up and do the first post for fitinfun, the first post for the food blog and then replies. Then the next posts can usually be done. I never publish a post until the old one is at least two hours old on either blog.

I'm also hot and heavy on twitter for promoting steem a few times a day, and this is where the share2steem posts go.

After that, I am back to replying and then commenting on other people's posts. I enter a lot of contests that only call for comments and never get to them all. If I can after this, I do the third post on either blog, or go back to bed :)

Get up - do it again!

I'm not usually lost for inspiration. The bigger problem for me is keeping on task and getting everything done.

Damn! That is rue commitment I must say!I am challenged.
I do DTube, Blog, Steemhunt and sometimes Share2steem. So far so good. Like I said, we have so many DApps to make use of and its made content creation so much easier!

I totally agree. I find a good post, comment on it, and share2steem to twitter in about 15 minutes. This is amazing! Back when I started, I was spending days just to get one post out.

I got challenged in Nov 2017, when @jerrybanfield was giving up to 5 upvotes a day if you got on a list he had at the time. I was so lucky to find out that 2-3 posts a day was optimal for me. It is a lot of work, but if I drop below that, everything suffers. And now the dapps are giving votes, so that motivates me to use them :)

If you can do steemhunt, that is a good one too, but I am not a shopper or a tech person. I see a lot of people doing well with it though :)

The next one I will try is tasteem since I do eat!

Wow that really sounds like a fulltime commitment. I truly commend your dedication, I hope to one day be able to commit at least half of that.

I wonder if it might be a nice idea to add a dtube post somewhere in that mix.

I've been getting some nice dtube upvotes lately, and I'd say your content is heads and shoulders above mine in terms of quality.

Haha! You have not seen my videos. I have wifi issues, technical issues, and I am not good on camera. Dtube sucked the life out of me and I did not get upvotes from them anyway. But if you can do it and they like you - it's a great place to post.

Just start with one post a day, then try to do two etc. But if you can only do one - commenting widely is your best bet to grow your circle, and gain attention to what you do.

Thanks for the compliments. I am doing this full-time and it pays for my peaceful life of poverty in Malaysia, so I cannot complain.
