Dude, Web3.0 is long here already. Web3.0 started finding implementation when Web2.0 was the buzzword of the day.
Web3.0 started with semantics, yes that’s right... damn tags. Every tag you use, was used by machines to categorize. Microformats, by among others Tantek Çelik, now their “successor” Schema.org, heck even RSS are the original Web3.0. Sir Tim Berners-Lee coined Web3.0 IIRC in 2003. GAFA have been building on top of Web3.0 principles until they recently switched to neural networks for improved results.
One could even argue that platforms such as BootstrapCDN are integral pillars in the Web3.0.
