How would UBI be done without giving some people the right to the product of another person's labor without the second person's permission?

Like all taxes? They're taking some of my product of my labor for defense spending that I don't agree with, except UBI would actually improve things for everyone.
How does UBI improve the life of the person it's being stolen from?
By making sure that the world around them isn't falling apart.
Kinda like how roads improve your life when they steal money from you to build and maintain.
Changing what stolen property is used for doesn't make the involuntary funding any less a use of violent threat. Some would argue roads don't improve everyone's lives, but I do like roads, so much I would pay for them voluntarily. As far as UBI goes, I'm afraid you would see an ever increasing number of dependents while creating an ever decreasing number of producers, eventually bad for everyone, no incentive to work.
