I´m not sure about the boosting fat metabolism thing. Because if studies havent shown, at least up until now, that IF helps in loosing more fat than having no restriction in meal timing, that means there is no advantage in IF and therefore also no boosting of the fat metabolism. If it would boost fat metabolism there would be studies showing a difference between losing fat while IF and non-IF.
But i would love to read your article on this point though. Be sure to tag me in the comments pls ;)

--> Mice. I do no doubt beneficial effects of IF on the human body, but dont reference a study about mice when talking about human beings lol
