I also struggled with anxious thoughts many years ago. I have one thought that neutralizes them now. And it's this, "everything always works out in the end and I don't need to know what means it will take to get me there." I know it might not work for everyone because I have feeling associated with that though but it works like a charm for me.

It's always really great to know what works for you when you are experiencing anxiety. We all have different triggers and different remedies, and its a humanising thing to know that you're not the only one who experiences it. Sometimes I can get so caught up in it but it feels nice to share with others because it helps me work through the feelings. Thanks for sharing. 😊
