WEEK 3 DAY 2 | THE SCALE IS LYING!

I know that most people trying to lose weight tend to live and die by the scale. STOP IT! The scale is only one tool to use to guage your progress. The thing is that if you are building muscle, the scale will oftentimes lie to you! You read that right! If you are building muscle and losing fat, you actually may gain a pound here and there. You cannot go just by the scale. How are you feeling? How are your clothes fitting? Are you getting stronger?
