Dtube Adventures Continues: First Full Day In Chiang Mai
What's up Dtubers and Steemians! Today is my first full day in Chiang Mai. I have to be honest, I keep going back and forth with my sickness. But I'm staying strong and still pushing out content!
Random Thought:
I'm totally out of my comfort zone today, trying to connect with new people and making connections. I noticed how my headspace has been focused on fear and people's opinions on me. But I quickly got out of it and stopped caring. Because you know why? Everyone is going through what I'm going through. We're humans just trying to figure this whole game out.
That being said, I wanted to focus today's Dtube video on: Creating Content You Enjoy
I wanted to take 3 minutes and share my thoughts on why you shouldn't care about other people's wants or desires. Focus creating content that you truly enjoy.
Focusing on:
- Who Dtube upvotes
- Who comments on your posts
- People's opinions
Will ultimately make you unhappy and your content will show it.
When you focus on:
- Your curiosities
- Your passions
- Your life
You'll create content you TRUELY enjoy and people will slowly come and watch.
Be patient. Be humble. HUSTLE.
Blessed to have you all fam.

Like that old saying: Winners focus on WINNING, losers focus on WINNERS.
Be a winner and display it in your videos! This is too true.
Hey @shaunonsite! Exactly. The goal is to understand what your mind is thinking, and seperating the BS with the truth.
Hey man you're improving! You seem to be much more confident already with filming in public. There's still the subconscious concept in your head that you actually notice people watching you. Sooner than you think you'll be just turning on your phone to get a nice Vlog shot and you didn't even notice the people around you talking about you. Love your energy :P
I, again :D, agree what you're saying regarding connecting to people. Just go and start a conversation by moving next to them, I know kinda awkward but better than feeling regret of not doing so. In addition to that, connecting to people is just so crucial in our life that we often forget what makes a great experience actually great. It's more than often (let's say on a party) that you share your company with a great person, to whom you had a meaningful connection.
For the next Vlog, could you show us a bit more of the location? Just film a bit here and there and overlay your audio so it's a bit more variety which is one the one hand more interesting for us and on the other hand probably more challenging for you which is good for improvement.
Have a great day my man :D

Hey man! Yes! I'll make sure to film the coworking spot for today's vlog! :) and thanks for your comments man. I really grateful for taking the time to write this all! I saw you just started posting! Congrats :)
Nice post. I think it is very easy for all of us to get stuck in our own heads sometimes. Mad respect for your ability to step outside of that and be successful.
hey @bozz! I'm making it my goal to understand what's happening in my head and leaning into my discomfort. That's where the real growth happens :)
From my experiences with travel I feel like when you start you move into this place where learning and experience happen at an exponential rate. Its easier to be confident and more connected to who you are and that genuinely attracts like minded people to you.
I really appreciate your thoughts on just creating content that deeply resonates with you and not caring what other people think. Sometimes its hard to move away from doubtful thoughts and fears but when you do do it, it opens up a huge world of opportunity. I've just gotta keep that in mind so thanks for sparking the thought!
@neeqi! Yes, I just filmed today's vlog on this concept of leaning towards discomfort. That's where the real growth and magic happens.
Hope you're networking goes well! Plenty of Dtubers in Thailand atm. I know @tanbay is there atm
hey @Kevinli! Yes, slowly making it happen. I don't like forcing connections haha, that being said, I am getting on some ghangouts with people that live in the area and going to a meet up today! BTW, I watched your latest video. Proud of you for taking the positive mindset and filming outdoors
Hell yeah, keep moving forward! I only vlogged there cause no one else was there haha.
Vlogging in public doesn't come natural to me.
Nice sentiments. It’s all about the path :)
hey @drkent! Thank you :)
