What's up dtube, my name is Harshil Patel and today I want to talk about creating habits around my food consumption.
I have to admit, the last few days have not been the best when it comes to eating well. I've been overeating and my macros are way off. The reason I'm exploring this concept now is that my sleep has been completely out of whack this past week.
So making this video discussing my 30-minute habit challenges I have each morning and also asking anyone who has any advice for me. haha.
