I took a recent short video but unable to post it onto Steem powered Dtube! It worked the other day. The problem is with uploading the snap picture for the video. I download a still of the video but it won't upload when I select it.
I'm having the same problems with my first video, on chrome is just saying error uploading to the blockchain edge went to a blank screen and on firefox i have the swirly timer thing over the submit title?
although it works for me in Chrome, it still takes time to work. After loading the video, it can just crash and I have to start again. Teething challenges I guess but needs attention ASAP!
I would love to be a able to use dtube but i keep getting IPFS error on uploading thumbnail. I have once managed to upload with thumbnail some days ago but no joy since.
Are there settings I should change at my end? I see various options in my settings/IPFS settings top right of my Dtube page.
Or is the problem at your end?

Yes I do usually use Safari - very good point you raise there as Safari frequently is not fully supported! So next time I try I will use Firefox!
Have you been using Safari for Dtube? Try Firefox or other browser and please tell me if it works for you when you get time!

I don’t mean to sound rude, but that isn’t much of a guide. It gave me no useful info. Especially about the snap picture.

Are you using mac or pc ... what browser also?
It started working in incognito browser.

It could be Safari is not supported - try with firefox or other browser... tell me if that works for you :D
