Sleep is a portion of our lives for good. Sleep is essential to keep the brain healthy and free from various diseases. An adult person needs to sleep for 5 to 9 hours daily.
But people who sleep more than nine hours can have a variety of diseases in their body. Listen some of the disadvantages of extra sleep.
