May all beings be blessed with worthiness
A life as never before. Declaring the truth and accepting what is. How? How do you accept what is? It might sound something like “Oh well, this just happened. Looks like it is happening. It’s happening all over the place! I am where I am. And I don’t have to like it. “
I feel a sense of renewal approaching, an intuition, perhaps. Yet in a moment of letting be, often called “letting go”, observing the erosion and still being just as respectful and grateful as when things are new. The two parts that make up change. Birth. Death. Renewal. Erosion. To be gracefully embraced as two equally valuable parts of the rhythm of life. Being. Becoming. Breathing in. Breathing out. It’s the Breath of Life itself!
The Breath of Life. A cyclical journey of renewal and erosion, renewal, erosion… This is also why when you stick to doing something, striving to achieve something, eventually you will do it, or everything will click in a new way, better than ever before, finally living it, and then there will be erosion. Gain, lose, gain, lose.. Ego is obsessed with the renewal. And if you derive your sense of who you are from the renewal part of the journey, sense of suffering comes. The true sense of worthiness and power is realised when you realise the formless in you, not the person that you are, there is no need to identify with that anymore. You do come back to the body and play out in full capacity of what would it feel like if it was solid and you remember who you truly are. Even when you forget, don’t worry, life has a way of reminding us who we are and sometimes it may look like life is aiming its lightning bolts at you, yet it aims its lightning bolts at that which is constricted, it seeks expansion. So if the constriction/contraction/erosion is your shut-down-ness, it will aim it’s bolts at that. And that is the awakening it will give you. Expansion is what life seeks through you.
Enlightenment doesn’t mean things will always remain in their renewal state. This rhythm of life of renewal and erosion is ongoing. And as enlightened being you will be equally respectful to both. Thank you new relationships and thank you new relationships that became old and are going through the erosion phase. And back to the renewal. On and on..
And right now we are going through a time where old patterns seem to come for a visit, we magnetise more situations that reflect the old patterns and ways of being.
May this be a reminder for you to always be on your own loving side. Loving, respecting, and cheering yourself along. Those parts of you that you are least proud of need you to love them, to be more loving to yourself as never before. It truly is love, the greatest transformer of all. Even if you are doing the very thing you are ashamed to admit to anyone else, “may as I engage in this activity, all beings be liberated from their personal prisons as I am now. May all beings be free. As I do this now, may all beings be free from addictive behaviours and thought patterns, as I am now. Thank you”...
To make higher vibrational choices you need to have a higher vibration first to access them. So how do you increase your vibration? To increase your vibrational frequency you do things you do with greater intentionality and by assigning new higher meanings to the things you do or experiences you are having. “May as I eat this tub of ice cream, and I promised myself that I won’t emotionally eat again, may all beings be freed. May all world hunger is eliminated and all beings have healthy, organic, sustainable food and clean drinking water. May all beings be blessed with that as I am now. And look at how well I am doing it! ;D
If you are doing it, then commit to doing it, and whilst you do, anchor new positive meanings which is of higher vibrational frequency. And the moment will come when you will feel good enough about yourself to make those high vibrational choices.
