Hello Steemains,
This is one of the top epic exercises for shoulders. Only perform on warm muscles. Will be ideal finisher for shoulder session. Sometimes I do 3 or 4 those supersets.
Technique:
- Take small dumbbells, don't need too heavy weight
- First movement dumbbell side raises
- Then frontal dumbbell raises, just till level in front of eyes
- Next reverse flys with dumbbells, body parallel floor
- Straight away standing dumbbell shoulder press upwards
- and finally couple repetition of side dumbbell raises
Your shoulders will be in absolute fire!

aw man dude shoulder day is brutal is surprising what little weight you need to pump those up!
this is final exercise no much weight needed as power is really low by then! First shoulder press with heavier dumbbells or bar, then side raises with heavier dumbbells, some droplets on shoulder press machine, and only then this killer set:)
Nice session @ivargereiko Delt's day is awesome because with a right development of these you gain more strength and power for other exercises, but you need a good program cause when shoulders are tired you feel a lack of power.
