Yes, I think it's a great idea.. for People to work on their mental side (their mindsets).
Peeps, u should perhaps set some #goals for yourself -- just start SMALL, that's my tip for today.
I know of a great #Goalsetting app (that really ALLOWS one to get detailed as to 'WHY' one wants to Achieve said goal ) -- as well as forcing one to answer 'what'd Happen/Go wrong' IF said goal wasn't achieved !!
