Great Video Brother @jongolson. I think that all of the #HF21 is going to mess up a great working system we have now. I agree with @exyle about the #no5050 and that the 50/50 may cause more problems than help. I think it may cause people to leave #steem but I hope not. I also think that it won't have any effect on "BidBots, Self-Upvoting or large payouts going to big stakeholders. I also agree with you that #steem is simple to understand and use as well. My Grandmother always told me "If it isn't Broken. Don't Try To Fix It". I have My "Morning Tea" every day of the week. I am allergic to coffee... LoL! May You Always Be Happy and Blessed...

You got that right! That logo is eerily similar to the steem logo.... I think facebook is trying to slap steem in the face for being a threatening competition to their monopoly... It seems they have even copied some of steem and eos blueprints into their libra platform... Lets see if they will be able to suppress steem after all, or wether steem will drive them down in this cryptosphere... After all there is 3 years of experience backing steem.
Plus i heard US legislators are concerned about Facebook's growing monopoly, and are taking measures to halt the takeoff of libra...

Thank you for this discussion on HF21 and SBI and above all on Libra... It worries me what is going on with facebook and this new cryptocurrency. Yes its a positive and welcome development for the cryptosphere. But are they doing it fairly in a truly decentralised manner? Or is there some monopoly conspiracy at play?

im still don't quite get whats HF21 changes about but hope its changes for the better...did read that FB coming up with Libra just wonder how will it work on FB. will be the same like steem? hmmm...
HF21 is a theory...It could go great, it could fail...We'll have to buckle in and see how it goes :)
Libra is a stable coin like Pax or Dai. Really Facebook realize the power of crypto as they are very interested to invest here. 2020 will be a golden year for crypto lovers.

Strange time of the having Morning Tea instead of evening coffee. Hard fork time will tell if it ends up being better or not. Much good could come from it but also bad, I do think they should have left it at 75/25 as content creators should get more, as they are the ones doing all the work. As for facebook coin its to bad it is not going to be a true crypto that would have sent the banks and governments reeling. Oh well we take what we can get.

Am I the only one who thinks that the concept of BooktoFace having a coin is slightly dreadful?
Especially if it's fiat backed. Why wouldn't they try and do some kind of power play? I'm open to a discussion. Put my mind at ease. I need some Morning Tea to soothe my nerves.
