What does it take for Steem to grow?
New investors?
More content creators?
Easier onboarding?
Extra large staking?
I think it's a little bit of each....I saw a vision 21 months ago when I joined the blockchain and thought immediately....This place is PERFECT for my industry!
So I'm building things here with the end goal to bring....More people to STEEM!
And we'll see how that goes this Thursday as I bring my only business to Steem and introduce all my members to this platform.
Will they invest into STEEM?
Will they start powering up?

Easier on boarding and More content creators are the main keys , also i think that new users should be reward differently like getting more SP which can be liquidity to withdraw only after few months , i spoke with a lot of users which give up very past because of that

Gret show. About on boarding Sharon got an email 3 months after she applied that said she would get another email when her account was set up that was a year ago. She is still waiting to hear from them(lol) I got fed up and went and bought her a account a year ago it took 5 mins. to get her an account. It is better now but still needs to be better . Lets hope the power of positive thinking things will get better. Best of luck with the re launch Thursday afternoon of CTP.

Pretty much a combination of all those things as well as better interfaces and more ease of use for regular people to use. I hope to see these things added to the new tribes in the near future. Onboarding, instant chat, video hosting and watch them all build their own audience.
Yeah great points, the onboarding thing is getting better....but the easier we make that for everyday people, wow!

I suspect you will have a lot of educating to do for your future community because most newbies never earn their first SP. They get stuck, don't have the willpower or the skill to ask for help or google it themselves. Then they quit.

That's a problem for sure....Hopefully with our new condenser and training, SP won't be an issue :)
Do you have to be a developer to set up a condenser or anybody with some brains could figure it out?

it's pretty straight forward, they have a decent step by step process with steem engine. but setting one up yourself, requires some smarts which I dont have LOLOLOL
I'm thinking about setting up a condenser for my Secrets of Organ Playing community which hopefully would bring more people to Steem.

with time we will get new investors wither its people like me who earned their Steem and don’t sell or people who buy. the same can be said about content creators time is on our side. And again with time on boarding will be simplified and more believer will be staking
