Nothing beats country living. I really miss being out in the great wide open. My wife and I made a promise. She wants us to stay in the city until the kids are out of school. I wan't to beat it out of the city as soon as they are! I belong out there in the countryside. I just feel more free and safe. I can't wait!!
Yes, my wife and I are both city slickers, born and raised in the city. We've been waiting for a long time to get out, and, finally, God sent us our chance! We just moved this June, and a couple weeks later, we had our 4th child! So, ever so slightly stressful! As the due date was approaching, people kept giving us offers, and the offers kept falling through, until, finally, we wound up selling to an investor who was giving us a better deal than another guy who kept wasting our time. There was a point in time, though, where we were about to give up on our dream for the present because of financing, but, due to a computer glitch when I was looking at properties online, I found this place which is a bit farther away from the city than where we were initially looking. And, even though we sold our old house for less than what we were hoping, we can't really complain, because we still made out well what with housing prices skyrocketing here in the last 5 years!
