Oregon HoR Introduces a Bill to Force Vaccines on All Children... and Declares a "State of Emergency"

in #dtube6 years ago (edited)

So, this morning a good friend of mine sent me a link about Oregon HB 3063, which has been submitted to the House of Representatives, and if passed would eliminate all mandatory vaccine exemptions except for medical diagnoses (ex. auto-immune disorders & allergies to ingredients).

For those of you who aren't aware, vaccines do not offer immunity (though that is the word that they choose to use in the bill), never receive double-blind testing (as required of all other pharmaceuticals), and in many cases actually increase the chances of getting the disease (and even more often they cause the recipient to "shed" the disease to others.

If you've been following my work, you know that I've started a series called Down the Vaccine Rabbit Hole, of which I've only released part 1: "The Government Would Never Do That" so far. I've been feeling the call to get rolling on it once again, after taking a couple months to process the darkness of the history I learned so far.

What Spurred This On?

This is, of course, in response to the recent mass hysteria around the "measles outbreak"... at least that's the justification. California has already passed a similar law, and it is spreading across the USSA rapidly.

When I first recorded the video, I hadn't read the full bill yet, but while uploading my first version I finished the text, and noticed this little piece at the bottom:

Wait... they are declaring a state of emergency? Next January?

For those of you who aren't familiar with what a State of Emergency means in the United States, Inc., it basically gives the government carte blanche to do whatever it would like, including suspending habeas corpus, calling in the national guard, and otherwise throwing the constitution out the window. While Washington has already declared a state of emergency due to the "measles outbreak", the fact that Oregon is planning a bill to do so in one year clearly violates Glass v. Board of Common Council, 262 Ky. 471 (Ky. 1936), which states "Existing and continuing conditions are never considered emergencies."

(here is the X-Files clip I mentioned, about FEMA)

Measles is just one of the many things for which vaccines are being pushed currently, and it's interesting to see the difference in how the media & government handle it now (panic & declaring states of emergency), versus how it was covered before there was a vaccine to market:

Of course, one of the main idiocies of the vaccine pushers is that they claim vaccines offer immunization, then turn around and say that un-vaccinated children are spreading diseases to those who got the vaccine. If vaccines were actually effective at what their claimed goal is, then vaccinated people would have no reason to ever worry about the un-vaxxed, as they would be immune.

Herd immunity is not an immunologic idea, but rather an epidemiologic construct, which theoretically predicts successful disease control when a certain pre-calculated percentage of people in the population are immune from disease.

Here are three pieces on the idea of herd immunity, all from doctors (in case the appeal to authority matters to you):

Are Vaccines Safe?

As I mentioned above, I'm still in the midst of a LONG wandering down this particular rabbit hole, and though I've done tons of research on the topic, I still have literally hundreds of studies bookmarked to read, hours of interviews to watch, and am definitely no expert.

However, it is obvious that while the US government & corporate media like to say that vaccine are safe, their actions say otherwise. In 1986 the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA) was passed. The act created a no-fault system, which effectively removed all liability from vaccine manufacturers, created a pool of funding to pay those who are injured, and pits those victims up against the Department of Justice when they wish to seek damages. That's right, these citizens are actually forced to pay (through taxes) for the lawyers fighting against them.

Not only does this system keep the pharmaceutical companies from being found at fault no matter the number or severity of injuries, it is also not very well known by doctors or patients. This 1997 study of 226 doctors found that "Fewer than 50% were aware of a monitoring system for VAAE, and only 39% had had VAAE-related education during medical training. Only 28% knew the reporting criteria."

Here is a look at the injuries rewarded by the NVIC program, meaning the cases in which they found that the vaccine reaction was the/a cause of the injury:

20190226 16_37_18HRSA Data and Statistics.png

The document I pulled this image from is many pages long, and goes into the total numbers, included those where the vaccine was found to be the cause but no award was given, those that were inconclusive, and those that the "court" ruled that there was not a link.

If you think these numbers are big, consider the fact that according to this study "fewer than 1% of vaccine adverse events are reported" and even the NVIC itself states that "Underreporting of vaccine reactions in the U.S. is a widely acknowledged weakness of VAERS."

Moral of the story

More government is never the solution to a problem... Only a way to make the problem worse and/or create new problems to replace it.

Do your research, and don't trust a corporation, especially one that calls itself "government"

In my country we've been dealing with the measles scaremongering for a few years now, yet, for all the vaccination campaigns targeting rural communties, it has not been declared mandatory. Many of the horror stories of children killed by measles turned out to be fake news, as it was kids with all sorts of health problems and God only knows if they ever got the measles on top of those.

So it's mostly the the poor kids dying, fuck them right?

There are several well documented cases where the Government has been caught experimenting on the people without their knowledge and consent. Now the experiments are becoming mandatory and in our face.

So a parent has the choice of trying to protect their child's health and die trying or let the state experiment on them.

so twisted, outrageous, sad

There certainly are, and that's why I focused purely on that for the first post of my Down The Vaccine Rabbit Hole series, to set the stage with that very factual point.

It feels like the same thing just spreading and spreading. In most places in the US, if you want to keep your kids out of government indoctrination camps, you either have to jump through a whole bunch of hoops, or you simply can't. In many states if you don't join an approved homeschooling program, your kids get kidnapped by CPS.

The beast knows it's dying, and it is struggling HARD to keep going.

Please advise us which medical school you went to before offering medial advice.

  1. That's called an appeal to authority fallacy
  2. Medical doctors receive almost no training in nutrition, the single most important factor in human health, making them wholly unqualified to speak as health authorities.
  3. I didn't give any "advice", except to do one's research and not to trust corporations
  4. I included links to the sources of everything I stated (MANY of which are actually sources who push vaccines, though the resources they offer point to the danger of them)

You are just a moron with an internet connection and your uneducated opinions on vaccines are retarded.

A very controversial subject I disagree with vaccinations but generally don't talk about in in my line of work! A lot of people aren't ready to handle this yet and I find it is like ten years ago saying the media lies. A big one to work on but it is being exposed. A worrying legislation to bring in. In the UK everyone is so wrapped up in brexit they are slipping all sorts in without us knowing 💯🐒
